Regulatory Execution Intelligence™

Regulation is the input.Accountable execution is the product.

ARETE Strategy AI connects regulatory intelligence to real-world execution. Our Regulatory Execution Intelligence™ approach is designed to link regulatory change across jurisdictions to project and asset dependencies, accountable actions and traceable evidence—supporting better-informed institutional decisions.

The connected execution chain

Six parts of the ARETE REI™ architecture, from regulatory change to the decision it informs.

  1. 01Verified regulatory intelligence
  2. 02Project & asset applicability
  3. 03Dependencies & critical path
  4. 04Accountable execution
  5. 05Evidence-backed readiness
  6. 06Executive decision support
Pilot programme · three places this quarterFixed scope · six weeks · Layer B — Control

Six weeks of the execution layer, for €5,000.Against a €45,000 list — you keep €40,000.

The pilot is run by the ARETE team, on your regulations, in your jurisdictions, with your people in the room. What you hold at the end is not a demonstration: it is your own register, your own obligations, your own evidence chain and the record your board or your regulator reads — produced from the platform, in six weeks.

Three places

Per quarterly cohort, so each pilot is run by ARETE rather than delegated.

Six weeks

Fixed period, fixed scope, fixed price. No discovery phase sold separately.

No lock-in

If the pilot does not produce the execution record, you do not continue to a layer.

Places close when the cohort fills. The pilot price applies to the first three institutions accepted in the quarter and is taken on the platform's secure payment gateway.

What the six weeks produce

  • Weeks 1–2

    Your sources, captured and verified

We take the instruments that govern you, capture each publication as a version with its integrity hash, and verify it with your team in the room.

  • Weeks 3–4

    Obligations, owners and evidence

Each obligation is raised against the source it came from, given an accountable owner and a due date, and the evidence it demands is named before the deadline rather than after it.

  • Weeks 5–6

    The board-ready execution record

The register, the actions, the evidence and the audit trail are assembled into the record your board or your regulator reads, produced from the platform itself.

What you hold at the end

  • A verified regulatory source register covering the jurisdictions in scope
  • Every obligation mapped to an accountable owner, with due dates and escalation
  • An evidence pack with independent review recorded against each closure
  • The board-ready execution record, exported from the platform
  • Your team trained on the register, the evidence chain and the audit trail

Delivered on your own regulations and your own jurisdictions. The pilot is priced at €5,000 for a scope listed at €45,000; nothing outside this scope is added without written agreement.

The cost of manual regulatory execution

What the present position costs you — on your own figures.

Enter the numbers you already know: the people doing the work, the instruments you track, the wait before a change reaches an owner, and what a day of unresolved exposure costs you. The model returns the annual cost of the position and what changes when execution is carried on the platform.

Every input is yours and every formula is shown. No industry averages, no vendor savings claim — the arithmetic is the argument.

How the annual figure is built

  • Team time on regulatory execution€256,500

  • Evidence assembly€38,000

    €250,000 × 1 event(s) a year

Capital at risk, carried either way

€250,000 of exposure a year is shown here as risk you underwrite. No software removes it; what changes is whether you can show, on the day it is tested, that every requirement had an owner, an action and its evidence. That is the position the pilot puts you in.

The ARETE approach

From regulatory change to project readiness.

Understanding a regulatory change is only the beginning. The critical question is how it affects a specific project, asset or investment—and what must happen before the next decision.

Our six differentiators

What makes the approach distinct.

01

Project- and asset-centric intelligence

Connect regulatory requirements to a specific real estate development, infrastructure asset, investment or strategic project.

02

Cross-jurisdictional dependency intelligence

Identify how applicable requirements across covered jurisdictions intersect or create additional execution dependencies.

03

Regulatory critical-path intelligence

Trace how regulatory conditions may affect project milestones, approvals, procurement, financing conditions or delivery decisions. Distinguish verified blockers from potential risks and assumptions.

04

Decision-to-Proof Engine

Connect material decisions to their rationale, relevant requirements, accountable owners, review status and supporting evidence.

05

Investment and project readiness

Show which defined regulatory conditions are satisfied, unresolved or awaiting verification before a specified project decision gate.

06

One intelligence-to-execution system

Connect regulatory sources, applicability assessments, obligations, actions, evidence and executive reporting through a shared, traceable workflow.

These are intended distinctions, not claims that competing products cannot offer overlapping features. The market already contains products with overlapping capabilities; the value has to be demonstrated in delivery.

For

  • Real estate developers
  • Infrastructure owners and project sponsors
  • Institutional investors

The problem
Regulatory requirements, permits, project milestones and accountable actions are often assessed across separate teams and systems.
The intended outcome
ARETE REI™ is designed to provide a traceable view of the regulatory conditions affecting a defined project, the dependencies requiring attention, the evidence available and the actions needed before the next decision gate.

UAE coverage that can be verified first, expanding into other GCC, EU, MENA and ASEAN jurisdictions as reliable sources, applicability logic and operational workflows become available.
