AI-assisted features
ARETE uses technology-assisted analysis to structure regulatory information, support impact assessment and propose structured outputs. These outputs support institutional analysis; they do not replace it.
Human oversight
Material regulatory interpretations, decisions and acceptance remain subject to appropriate human review. Analysis produced with technology assistance carries its provenance, assumptions and uncertainty so that a reviewer can assess it.
Limitations
AI-assisted output may be incomplete, may misinterpret context and may require correction. The availability of a source, generated analysis, proposed control, risk indicator or suggested action does not establish compliance or regulatory acceptance.
Applicable transparency obligations
Applicability of specific transparency obligations — for example those in Article 50 of the EU AI Act — depends on the system, its purpose and its use case, and must be determined for the deployed configuration before this notice is finalised.
